LOT RESERVATION + DEPOSIT

Lot Reservation agreement + non-refundable deposit submitted to Biltmore Co. 
Next, you will approve plans and amenities sheets.

MAKE IT OFFICIAL

Offer submitted with non-refundable Earnest Money (minus the Lot Deposit). You must be pre-approved by Biltmore Co.’s preferred lender.

SELECTIONS

Meet at the Design Center to select finishes, appliances and lighting.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS!

Groundbreaking! Build time is approximately 6 months from groundbreaking. Sit back, relax, and watch your home come to life!

Optional Electrical and Landscape walk-throughs. Home Inspection and New Home Orientation dates are scheduled through the sales agent.

Biltmore Co. is acclaimed for giving our clients an exceptional semi-custom building and design experience. This process allows you to choose a Biltmore Co. floorplan that best meets your needs, then modify that floorplan to make it perfect for you and your family. Once the floorplan is finalized, a contract is drawn up and agreed upon by both parties, giving you the price of your home. Then the fun part begins and you are scheduled to spend a week in our beautiful Design Center with our multi-award-winning and nationally recognized interior designers to make all the selections for your home – from exterior colors and stone, to interior paint, carpet, flooring, surfaces, plumbing, tile and lighting. It’s fast-paced, exciting, and above all else there are no surprises to what the final cost of your home will be, should you decide to make upgrades to customize your home or stay within your original budget. There is no need to shop around town to make your selections from different suppliers. We’ve done the hard work for you and make our showroom selections top priority. We only do “pretty” and “affordable” in our Design Center, making sure we eliminate out-dated style choices and products too costly to install.
